Atlanta native Quinton Cole, a successful entrepreneur, has created a strong brand image and continues to improve his entrepreneurial skills, as well as help to enhance his community. Quinton noticed his athletic abilities at an early age. He attended Dunwoody High School where he was a star running back for the “Wildcats.” With his exceptional football abilities and above average grades, Quinton was honored to receive a football scholarship to the University of Memphis. After three years, he transferred to Alabama State and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.

After graduating from college in 2004, Quinton embarked on a career at Champs Sports where he excelled, and within one year moved his way up to store manager. With his open personality and excellent personal communication and management skills, he received the Champs Sports prestigious “Manager of the Year” award twice for the state of Georgia. It was during this time in his career that he realized his passion for physical fitness training.

He started Athleader Training, LLC in 2007 in Stone Mountain, GA.  With a vision, determination and a plan to become a household name as related to fitness and health, Quinton opened the doors to Athleader Training studio with only five clients. Within four years, the company has seen tremendous growth and now maintains a client list of more than 1,000. Quinton changes the lives of his clients everyday by lowering cholesterol and blood pressure through exercise and providing them with information on establishing a healthy lifestyle.

Not only has Quinton created a substantial business, he has also developed a passion for helping others.  Quinton is a firm believer that supporting your community is the key to both personal and professional success. He has partnered with several local DeKalb County schools and churches where he encourages students and members to be more aware of their health and fitness.  Each year his company donates school supplies to under-privileged students within the DeKalb County community.

In October of 2009, Athleader partnered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation and held its first annual “Pink! The Color of Life 5 Mile Breast Cancer Walk.”  The walk raised over $5,000 dollars for breast cancer awareness and has continued to be an annual event since its start.

In 2010 Quinton won the coveted POWER 30 Under 30 award for his extraordinary success in business and his community. Due to his involvement in the community and the positive buzz regarding his training studio, he has been featured in several press releases referencing his ability to provide excellent service in the sports training industry. Quinton was featured on the cover of Above the Line Magazine (Atlanta, GA) as an up and coming young entrepreneur, as well as Genesis Magazine which emphasized his skills as a personal trainer. He was also featured on the hit MTV show MADE, where he was selected by MTV to help a local Atlanta student build his confidence and get in shape to be a “Ladies Man.”

Quinton plans to open more Athleader Training studios around the Metro Atlanta area, which will help in his desire to become a household name as related to fitness and health.  His future plans include starting a non-profit that will help fight against obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol in the city of Atlanta.
