is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. It combines low-intensity and hi-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

1-Hour Total Body Workout that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to workout your entire body. You will burn up to 590 calories while increasing core strength and improving bone health.

Mondays 10 A.M. | Tuesdays | 7 P.M.
Wednesdays 10 A.M. | Thursdays | 7 P.M.


1-Hour Total Body Workout that incorporates interval training with light weights and more repetition. Classes incorporate incline training and LIVEAXIS(TM) , which uses cable-based strength training system featuring progressive resistance throughout every moment.

Mondays 7 P.M. | Tuesdays | 11 A.M.
Wednesdays 7 P.M. | Saturdays | 8 A.M.

Mix & Match Classes
$150 - 12 Classes per Month - 3 days a week
